Love, Sex Aur Dhoka (2010)
Rating: 3.50/5.00
where 5 is a Chashme Buddoor :)
Dibakar Banerjee and Vishal Bharadwaj are two directors who have proved time and again that Hindi cinema is being saved - they don't make different cinema just for the heck of it (like Anurag Kashyap), they make entertaining cinema which is intelligent and happens to be different because there's so much of trash around. Banerjee's LSD is a genuine and entertaining effort which prefers simple storytelling (drawing from the proliferation of reality TV and the blurring of lines between private and public) to pompous complexity and abstractness. Watch it - witness the rise of the intelligent Hindi cinema :)
